Alternatively, a virtual session may be conducted if the client has access to the required resources, e.g. smart phone, data or other. Alternatively, a telephonic service may be rendered.

Please note the turnaround times will depend on availability of service providers.

Service Providers

Service providers (Psychologists/ Counsellors) are independent practitioners who offer their services for free to identified needy clients. Service Providers use their own resources, e.g. consulting rooms, data for virtual services and telephone costs and time to render the service to qualifying clients. The allocation of clients to service providers is dependent on the proximity of their location to the clients as well as their availability.

Service Providers may see clients for a maximum of four sessions, however, additional sessions may be considered on merit.
